Steven has been in the property business since 1993 and is a founding member of Atlas Residential where he is CEO. Steven has experience in all phases of property acquisition, development, financing and management, including asset identification and evaluation, marketing, contract negotiation and fund raising. He has been involved in over $7 billion of property transactions to date, and has overseen $450m of construction and renovation. As an honors graduate of the University of Chicago he also guest lectures there on the topics of residential property and property finance.
Ravi brings a diverse set of skills to the multifamily business. Prior to Atlas, Ravi spent ten years as a leveraged financial analyst in the property sector for Wall Street investment banks: Bank of America, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Salomon Smith Barney in both leverage finance and M&A. In 2008, he created his own consultancy, SB Strategic Solutions, where he advised property clients on re-positioning assets and debt. His institutional analytical experience dealing with complex property debt and equity structures, as well as detailed analytical skills have proven exceptional to the Atlas team. Ravi is a graduate of the University of Chicago, and holds Series 7 and 63 securities certifications.
Stephanie brings two decades of experience in real estate and property management, operations and training. Prior to Atlas, she relocated to the United Kingdom in 2013 with a focus on residential and mixed use clients at Yardi Systems, Ltd. Stephanie has also worked with U.S. establishments, such as Alliance Residential Company, Greystar Management, and Laramar Group, acting on behalf of high profile investment clients. She has held various offices from Senior Property Director, Regional Manager, and Area Coordinator for OSHA (Occupational Safety) Compliance, where she lead teams in operations, acquisitions and due diligence. She is also a member of the UKAA Training Committee.
Quentin leads the UK development projects as Construction and Development Director. He has over 20 years in the industry and has experience in all parts of the development chain; from site acquisition and design management, through to the planning process and contractor procurement, construction management and into facilities management. Prior to Atlas, Quentin was Development Director at Essential Living for the 2,000 unit build to rent portfolio. At Lend Lease, Quentin played significant roles in some of London's largest regeneration schemes including; The Athletes Village, Elephant and Castle and The International Quarter. He brings a strong understanding of product, value, design and management disciplines coupled with a thirst for excellence and innovation.
Alistair leads the acquisitions underwriting process. Previously, he worked at Genesis Housing Association where he held multiple roles and was responsible for all large scale multi-tenure corporate finance and investment activities, including Genesis’s PRS portfolio of over 1,500 units. He was involved in the £125m sale and operating leaseback of 401 PRS units to M&G. Prior to Genesis, Alistair worked at GE Capital (Europe) and Deloitte LLP. Alistair is a graduate of University College London (UCL) where he received a degree in law, he is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and holds a Certificate in Corporate finance from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
